The Resort with its beaches, coves, bays and cliffs, along with interior forests all create an interesting mix and spectacular views. Offshore, fish, humpback whales, dolphins and sea turtles are abundant, and attract the avid diver, sportfisherman, and those that just enjoy the sea.


The hotel consists of 2 double bungalows and 7 individual bungalows. The doubles can be rented as individuals so resort is presently, 11-bungalow hotel with bar and restaurant. There is room for expansion with another 5 to 10 bungalows.
Water is provided by its own well; a second well is on the premises as reserve.
Electricity is by solar: an inverter with 4000 watts capacity converts the direct current to alternating at 110 volts. A (silent) back-up diesel generator of 700 Kw. provides electricity automatically in case of over-demand or shortage of sunlight.
A small island connected by hanging-bridge houses the spa and sun-set deck.
An "infinitive-edge" pool is another spot enjoying breathtaking views of the ocean.
Employee-quarters are suited to house one family in a mini-apartment and approximately 6 employees divided over 2 bedrooms.
The beach on the bay has a swimming-platform. On the beach are sunchairs and kayaks.
The floating arrival dock has space for appr. 6-8 boats. A 10-seat 26 foot luxury taxi boat powered by 250 horsepower Evinrude plus a dinghy of 12 foot with 15Hp outboard are included in the price. (Access by boat only)
Laundry is "sourced out" on the mainland; the machinery is owned by the resort.
